Titus CRM started the way most of our products start: because I was running an NDIS business and the existing tools were terrible. We had one system for client management, another for rostering, another for HR, a spreadsheet for compliance tracking, a separate portal for incident reporting, and we were still chasing staff for timesheets on paper.
